What if I want a different font than the one shown on the item I’m ordering?
No problem at all! You will find an image of available fonts here on my website. When you order, please indicate the font you would like in the “leave a note for tinysunshine” box during the checkout process.
Do you offer mock-ups so I can see what it will look like?
Sure! I am happy to show you a mock-up of the design with baby’s name. Please feel free to ask and you shall receive :)
How do I wash the towels and blankets?
Please follow the care labels on each item.
How do you ship and how long does it take?
All orders ship USPS Priority Mail in 5-10 business days. I will contact you within 48 hours after ordering to let you know of a more exact date that your item will ship. Once it has shipped, you will receive an email including tracking information.
Help! This gift will be a hit at my best friend’s baby shower but it’s next weekend. Will I be able to get it in time?

Do you gift-wrap?
All items are tied with coordinating ribbon and wrapped neatly in tissue paper. If you are gifting the item yourself, most of the work is already done for you. Once you receive it, simply place the wrapped item into a gift bag about the size of a large shoebox and voila—instantly perfect gift! If the item is a gift being sent to the lucky recipient, please leave a gift message so that they know this awesome gift is from you. You will be given the option to add a gift message at check-out.
What if I don’t want the item personalized?
Not a problem! In the personalization box, simply write “no name” or “none.” The cost is the same since personalization is free.
Do you accept returns?
Since items are personalized especially for you, returns are only accepted in the rare event of a defect in the item itself, or an error made on my part with regard to the item ordered. If there is a problem with your item, please contact me so that I can correct it. I want my customers to be satisfied with their purchase.
